• Side story: Once I had a conversation with a person with this placement. After breaking up, the person said that it’s fine for them to separate. They know that the relationship is not meant to be, but the person still misses the other half very much. Sometimes, just simply looking at the Ex-partner from a distance it’s also enough. That’s how much an Adra person loves.

To make it easier to understand, we go back to the story:

The Sun (Rama) in Adra (symbol: Teardrop). Going to the forest, facing danger, is nothing to Lord Rama. The first time Lord Rama has to experienced suffering was when he was looking for Maa Sita after she’d been taken away.

1/ Sri Rama is there; who needs the rest?

• This combo in Adra’s 10th house can handle the work of 10 people. If it’s making a movie, one writes the script, directs, and acts in his own movie.

2/ Sri Rama asked the trees, the mountain if they could see where his Sita is.

• Often seen is, Adra likes to talk to non-human beings in a way as if they are human. They talk to trees, hug trees, talk to pets as friends, and family members. They have a huge heart for all life forms. Remember, the Sun doesn’t shine only for humans, but also for all. Not only when planets are in Adra, but also when Adra gets strength in any horoscope, this sign will show up in these people.

3/ Sri Rama can face any challenges, fight all kinds of demons, but can’t handle himself, and is completely lost after losing sight of Maa Sita.

• Adra is doing fine on their own, great with a partner by their side, and falls if the relationship/marriage doesn’t work out.

4/ Sri Rama doesn’t like to be challenged. Taking his Sita away is a big mistake.

• Having this combo in the 10th, the person doesn’t like to be told what to do. If he does something, he does it because it’s necessary for the benefit of others. Force him to do a certain thing (challenging him), and the result will be bad for the challenger.

5/ Before the god of the ocean shows up, tell Sri Rama to calm down; he is still out of his mind in search of Sita

• In difficulty, one needs guidance, a guru/coach/mentor to show them the way. The Adra people won’t be able to sort things out on their own. They would blame themselves for the situation.

We will all change our ideas about income in the next 5 years. The process has already begun. If you observe, digital payment methods have been gaining momentum in recent years, replacing traditional ones. The flow affects all of us in the way we think about making a living. “We are forced” to look at our finances differently when Jupiter speeds up. If you don’t feel the change now, at least by the end of 2027, you will.

The best case is, you know somebody, or you yourself have a government job. So far, this is the safest job we know of. There’s almost zero risk, unlike doing business. But the situation has changed. Even in the “safest” environment, such as teachers, policemen, officers, etc. You or somebody you know will be forced to think about another way of making a living. Subconsciously or consciously, the way you work will be different. Still legal but different. Just wait and see!

If you read this, two things you should be aware of:

You will take financial matters into your own hands.

• It’s not like going to work and getting a monthly salary. Of course, that’s your own hands, your own effort. What I mean is, you don’t really trust the source of your income anymore, and you want to have a backup plan, another source of income.
• For example, if somebody sells fish in the market in the morning, they will start selling another item in the evening, such as street food.
• Without knowing astrology, everyone will automatically work differently. Knowing astrology, we look at signs and how behaviors shift. That’s it. Because you’re reading this, and the fish seller does not, we come to the next point.

Think digital!

• Don’t jump into the stock, digital currency stuff, without knowledge of the field, and call that Digital. It’s a gamble and very bad practice for health, wealth. The gov will roll out their own digital currency very soon. Depending on where you live, you will have the digital version of your own balance. No need to rush into the trading madness.
• Don’t open a YouTube channel and call that digital. Well, maybe, if one’s lucky, he might be successful.
• See where Scorpio is in your horoscope; that area should be digitalised in the next 5 years.

For example, Scorpio 1st house

• Rahu is not in the Scorpio!
• Your identity, your image (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram), put them out there, make it visible
• What if you are a school teacher? Then how does it help to make your image visible in the digital world? You can’t use those platforms as a student. You can’t dance on TikTok as a child - You might want to think about making your image visible, such as teaching online, besides teaching offline. Or joining an online school and teaching online. That’s also one possibility.
• Be flexible, be creative in your approach.
• How to do it? See Scorpio in your D9.

Think digital means that you turn what is your own, what you know well, into an extra digital source of income. If you don’t know what to do, then learn something!

• If you’re in your 30s or younger, then it is a little bit easier to adapt.
• If you’re in your 40s or older, then it might be difficult because most of what you know is based on the knowledge of the non-digital world. I would say let’s play it safe here and stay offline.

That’s the general shift, which will be seen in the next couple of years. Not everyone will do, and that’s also normal. It’s the natural process. Not all flowers blossom in spring; some will bloom in summer or later.

Important is, don’t rush into it! You will fail. Don’t quit your job and start a YouTube channel; that’s silly. If you don’t have a job, then maybe this piece of information may be useful. Learn and master at least one skill before going to this digital world!

Time doesn't wait for anyone. After this preparation period, the seed that was planted may grow in the next period, from 2030.

Knowing the signs that indicate financial difficulty is useful while studying a horoscope. But it’s not useful when we don’t know how to deal with it.

• I list a few signs below
• If you have one or many of these signs in your birth chart, don’t freak out! First, it doesn’t help when you are anxious. Second, most of the time, when people are anxious, lose control, they often do silly things, which lead to more unfavorable results.
• I posted right before this post about the wealth indicators for each sign. You might want to read and see where you can start the work.

Simple, Basic Signs that indicate financial difficulty in a horoscope

1 - The wealth houses 2nd, 5th, 9th and 11th house

If at least one of these wealth houses and the house Lord is weak, which means there is an association with malefic (Saturn, Mars, Rahu, Ketu) in these houses.

• Malefics are present, aspects, in these houses, or conjoin with the house lords.
• Fewer afflictions, fewer problems.
• If there’s a benefic’s association, among malefic’s association, the problem will start, but it will also be solved (no need to panic)

2 - The trouble houses 6th, 8th, and 12th house

If the 6th house or Virgo is afflicted, the native will take a loan. Try and see for yourself!

In ideal cases, there should not be any association between the “wealth houses” and the “trouble houses” without aspect by benefic. There should be a benefic involved; the native might be super wealthy after struggles. If there’s no benefic association, the situation is very difficult.

3 - The Moon’s placement

The Sun and Moon are afflicted.

The Moon is hemmed between two malefics.

The Moon is isolated in a house. There’s no planet in the house 2nd from it or 12th from it.

• Rahu, Ketu are shadow planets. They are not counted as a planet in this case, even if they are conjunct or placed in 2nd or 12th from the Moon.
• See example below

4 - Example

Cancer Ascendant, Sun is the 2nd Lord. Saturn is the 8th Lord.

• Rahu in the 9th House - That’s not a good sign.
• Sun Saturn conjunction in the 5th house - The 2nd bad sign.
• Saturn throws its 10th aspect on the 2nd house - the 3rd bad sign
• Saturn aspect the 11th house - the 4th bad sign
• So far, all wealth houses are hit: 2, 5, 9, 11th.
• Saturn, being the 8th Lord, presents in the 5th house (vision, Lakshmi) - the 5th bad sign
• Moon conjunct Rahu - the 6th bad sign
• Moon is isolated, Rahu does not count as an actual planet - the 7th bad sign

This makes sure that

• The native workers work extremely hard, are low-paid, and have less respect from the authority/boss. (Su, Sa in Scorpio (8))
• Ketu in Virgo (6) - Working long hours, suffering from debts
• Moon Rahu in Pisces (12) - the native will suffer for at least 45 years

The savior of the day - Jupiter in the 1st house

• Moon is with Rahu - The bad effect of Rahu won’t go further out of the 9th house. It is only in the 9th house
• For Cancer Ascendant, Jupiter is the big “investor” (see previous post). If the example native bows down to his Guru, follows the norm, traditional practice in the field of Jupiter (spirituality, yoga, etc). He will slowly come out of the difficult situation and will be alright, if not even rise in the later part of life, because the Sun, Moon are in the aspect of Jupiter.
• In the first part of life, the native is extremely poor. That’s undeniable.

If you see a horoscope, maybe your own horoscope, see the whole thing. Never look at one planet, one house, and judge!

First of all, I really like the idea of Western tropical astrology, when they associate Venus (material pleasure) with the dragon. To get the maximum out of Venus, to get that “treasure”, one must pass the dragon. It’s a risk to pursue that kind of wealth. Every type of business carries some level of risk. The business owner always faces the possibility that his business might fail, and he will lose everything. For someone who can run a successful business, he has access to great wealth that is guarded by “Venus”.

Second, I do not know much about the tropical system. Let’s discover what Mahalakshmi, the goddess of wealth, has in store for each sign in Vedic astrology.

• For those who are not religious, you don’t have to believe in “the goddess of wealth”; you can consider it as an expression of the one who guards all of the material wealth in the universe. Just look at your chart and planets’ placement as usual, and see what you can get out of this. Maybe a way to play with the Dragon!?
• The image/symbol of Mahalakshmi is the most basic, common, and easiest to access for most indians when it comes to wealth. There are deeper meanings of the symbol/image, which are only accessible to those who study. If you don’t study, it’s fine, just stay with the usual traditional worshipping activity!

The house of gain is the house of Mahalakshmi, the fifth house. The 5th Lord is your wealth protector.

• The 5th Lord in the 5th house is always good for material gain.
• If the 5th house is associated with malefic, the “fight against the dragon” or the path to “Mahalakshmi” will be challenging. One has to look for another way to go. That’s why the whole horoscope must be seen. One planet, or a few planets in a certain house, doesn’t mean much when it comes to analyzing the financial aspect in a person’s life.
• See what your wealth indicators in a horoscope are and find a way to work with them. Do not strengthen or activate them. They are already activated when you are born. Their strength are already set. You can’t make them stronger, like you can’t make a rose more red than red. The rose is born red, but you can always make it less red by adding another color to it. People like to call it “strengthening/activation”. - Just buy this ring, that stone, this watch, those shoes,… People call it a remedy, I call it a distraction.
•  

Wealth indicators for each sign

• I use the word “investor” to indicate long-term gain. Their result comes much slower than “supporter”, but is greater.
• You will need both of them. Use the “support” Short-term, you have to build a long-term benefit. That’s an “investment”.

1 - Aries Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is the Sun, which is the wealth indicator
• Jupiter is the big investor
• Venus is a supporter
• Having Sun, Venus, or Jupiter in either the 5th or the 11th house, aspecting each other. Sun in the 5th aspect, Jupiter, Venus in the 11th house, or other formations on the 5–11 axis indicate material gain.
• Pray to Lord Vishnu

2 - Taurus Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Mercury
• Jupiter is the big investor
• Saturn and Venus are your supporters
• Pray to Ganesha

3 - Gemini Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Venus
• Mars is the big investor
• Mercury and Saturn are supporters
• Pray to Mahalaskhmi

4 - Cancer Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Mars
• Jupiter is the big investor
• Venus is the supporter
• Pray to Lord Hanuman

5 - Leo Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Jupiter
• Mars is the big investor
• Mercury is a supporter
• Pray to Lord Vishnu

6 - Virgo Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Saturn
• Venus is the big investor
• Moon is the supporter. Moon in the 3rd house (debilitated) indicates the native faces great difficulty in finance.
• Pray to Shiva

7 - Libra Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Saturn
• Sun is the big investor
• Mercury and Saturn are supporters. Saturn debilitated indicates, the native has been struggling since childhood.
• Pray to Shiva

8 - Scorpio Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Jupiter
• The Moon is the big investor
• Mercury is a supporter
• Pray to Vishnu

9 - Sagittarius Ascendant

• The 5th Lord is Mars
• The Sun is the big investor

• The 5th Lord is Venus

• The 5th Lord is the Moon

• Pray to Mahalakshmi

Finally, if the 5th house from the natal chart is not strong, you can always rotate to the Moon Lagna and Arudhla Lagna. There’s always more than one way to make a living.

• See where these planets are in the birth chart and work your way up the ladder.
• You can always pray to Mahalakshmi. If she’s not responding, you might want to see what you have done in your 9th house. If Lord Vishnu isn’t happy, Maa will not come. Indians know what this last paragraph means. If you do not know the story, you can always Google it.

1 - No rule can be applied to all horoscopes. This is a general concept for Ketu’s placement in a chart. If you have other examples where the chart looks a bit different, or the result is different, then you’re also right. The whole horoscope must be seen to check the benefit aspect and affliction.

• Ketu in Leo (5) is good for longevity. It does not matter which house (without affliction)

2 - Finance

Ketu is the Karaka for Moksha (liberation), enlightenment. Generally, Ketu does not support the idea of having material possessions.

2.1 - Ketu does indicate material gains if it’s in a suitable condition, such as in the image above, and the dispositor of Ketu should be strong:

• In Kendra or Mokshatrikona, Ketu should be weak, in the sign of Taurus, AND have at least one benefic association.
• For example, Henry Ford, Ketu 10th house (the strongest house for Ketu), in Taurus, aspect by Jupiter. At the end of his life, he’s indeed moving toward spirituality,
• Or Bill Gates, Ketu in the 12th house, in Taurus
• If not in Kendra, Ketu should be strong in Sagittarius/ Gemini.
• For example, Steve Jobs, Ketu 5th house, Gemini, conjunct Jupiter, aspected by Venus
• Or Jack Ma, Ketu 5th House, Sagittarius

2.2 - Ketu in wealth houses (2, 5, 9, 11) does give wealth if Ketu is associated with a benefic

2.3 - Afflicted Ketu and malefic aspect by Saturn/Mars. You can expect troubles in finance and marriage.

• Ketu is the karaka for peace of mind, enlightenment. If it’s afflicted, then there’s no peace of mind. It’s logical.
• For example, Ketu is alone in the 2nd House, aspected by Saturn, no other benefic aspect, the result is not so good.

3 - The effects of Ketu on personality 

sometimes the positive can also be negative, and vice versa. You decide which one is positive or negative for yourself.A prominent Ketu indicates that

• The native is a loner. That requires a lot of strength to be alone, to handle everything by oneself. The Eagle never flies in a group and looks for shelter when it rains. The eagle flies above the dark cloud to avoid the rain. The wings must be strong enough to do so. Rahu rules 8 basic directions on the map. Ketu has only one direction, which is GOING UPWARD.
• The native never complains, brags, or judges others. They don’t have the time for that, and they don’t like to either. They tend to isolate themselves and focus on what they think is necessary. Ketu does not have a head.
• Ketu only has a body - The native works a lot and with high precision/ accurate timing.
• The person doesn't like when someone shows them sympathy. - For example, they don't know how to react or don't want to react, if someone tell them “I'm so sorry for you”. In their head, they would think, “why sorry? It's life. Everyone goes through difficulties. I am not the only one.” Certain level of detachment is there. Therefore, to them it's not really a loss, because they don't attach to it.
• If these points above are positive to you, then the opposite is the negative side of Ketu.

1/ Aries: The chin will stand out, which makes the face look longer. It’s the first thing we will notice. By Simu (in red), it’s a bit harder to see because of the Moon’s and Venus’s influence.

2/ Taurus: Venus contains water in it. The face often looks full. Big/prominent/full, and beautiful eyes. You can associate with the symbol of the bull.

3/ Gemini: They look young at adult age and are always playful. From the other person’s perspective, they tend to look immature even at 40. That’s their signature characteristic that no other zodiac signs have.

4/ Cancer: the dimmest constellation in the night sky. Their eyes are not prominent. However, the round-shaped face and cheeks are their signature features.

5/ Leo: It’s like the Lion’s fur. Their hair is usually thick and wavy, which puts an accent on their appearance. If they have a new haircut, it’d be harder to tell. But most of the time, they will keep, because it makes them feel like a king.

6/ Virgo: It’s a bit more difficult to spot Sun Virgo. You must pay close attention to the area between the forehead and the nose. The cheekbone will have a shape like Robin’s mask (in Batman and Robin). It looks like they are wearing the invisible Robin’s mask. This area will stand out.

7/ Libra: It’s not easy to separate Taurus and Libra from their appearance until we talk to them. Taurus’s speech is a bit careless, while Libra is more careful in choosing words. Libra wants both sides to be happy. Even if they disagree with us, they will still lean towards our side during a conversation. Taurus will likely say they disagree.

8/ Scoprio: The look of a Scorpio is difficult to miss. They have the most seductive look among other zodiac signs.

9/ Sagittarius: have a long neck and a long body. As the symbol of a half-man, half-horse, the hip area will be prominent. They will dress in a way that highlights these two parts of the body.

10/ Capricorn: Most of them have a middle/short body. The upper part of the body is more prominent. Their legs are much weaker. Sagittariuses are the ones who can run fast, while Capricorns are very slow.

11/ Aquarius: similar to Capricorn in the upper part of the body, but they are often taller. Under Rahu’s influence, they quickly shift their attitude, depending on the situation, to adapt. Capricorns will stand with their point/opinion.

12/ Pisces: We can only know one side of their life. Either private life or public life, while the other side remains hidden. Their nature is often quiet, and they only engage in conversation if there’s a specific topic to discuss.

Here are some tips regarding the Sun’s placement in different Signs.

1/ Degree of combustion

• Venus gets combusted within 8 degrees
• Mercury gets combusted within 12 degrees
• Jupiter gets combusted within 15 degrees
• Saturn gets combusted within 15 degrees
• Mars gets combusted within 17 degrees

2/ General effect

• Planets won’t be able to deliver their full result, both favorable and unfavorable, which is considered “burned by the Sun.”
• The Sun is well placed, lord of good houses, and burned benefic planets. The result is still good.
• The Sun is the ruler of the 6th, 8th, or 12th house, and not well placed, indicating conflicts, outbursts.

Planetary significations:

- Mars: Anger, Willpower, Siblings

- Mercury: Intellect, Memory

- Venus: Marriage, Money

- Jupiter: Children, Thinking Capacity

- Saturn: Career, Hardwork

3/ What is combustion?

It’s when looking at the planet from Earth. That planet goes behind the Sun. They appear to be close to each other on a 2D horoscope. In reality, the planet is slowly becoming temporarily invisible to the eyes because the Sun is too bright. That's why we consider the combust planet does not give a full result.

• 3.1/ In this case, Mercury will appear in the same house as the Sun on 31.8.2025. Degree-wise, it’s before the Sun and approaching the Sun. It’s not a favorable combustion.

Imagine Mercury as a Kid. The kid is trying to hide behind the father now. That suggests something must scare him, so that he has to search for protection. Maybe he didn’t do the homework, which makes the mother really angry, for example. That means one makes mistakes regarding the signification of the planet and its lordship.

• Mercury represents the communication skill. It’s clearly affected in combustion. If The Kid (Mercury) is going towards and behind the Father (Sun) due to some problems, then he does not talk much. It’s logic. In other words, with this combination in a horoscope, the native might appear as an introvert.

With this combustion, when the planet is approaching the Sun, the closer it is, the worse the situation/mistake will be. Surely, the benefit of this placement is that the Kid gets help from the Father (real father, father figure, or authority), always. But how long and how much? That depends on the strength of the Sun in relation to the combust planet and other placements in the horoscope and Dasa. If everything went well, one would even be successful, but the impact is still undeniable.

• 3.2/ When a person is born on 24.09.2025, this combustion is more beneficial

The combust Mercury is placed after the Sun in the horoscope. The Kid (Mercury) is leaving the Father (Sun). He had “the private lesson” from the Father. He is smarter now and confidently faces the challenge himself. 

• This combination still indicates an introverted personality, but the native has the knowledge from the Father (Sun) and the discipline(after the private lesson) to correct the mistakes by himself and avoid repeating them.

4/ Example

This Venus in this chart has a very close combustion degree to the Sun, aspect by Jupiter.

• The native is super-rich and achieved success during the Jupiter Dasa. That’s the positive aspect of combust Venus. Got support from father-figured and authority.
• Being combust before the Sun (degree-wise) is, however, not ideal. Married life is completely disturbed. Multiple marriages. Until the last breath, the native still wants to get divorced. The mistake is repeated over and over again.

5/ Summary

When a planet is combust, it’s not the same as when it’s conjunct with the Sun. The outcome will be very different depending on the position of the planets, the house placement, lordship, and the Dasa. There are no rules that cover all of those aspects. Every chart must be checked carefully.

For other examples with combust planets placed after the sun degree-wise, you can easily find them in famous and wise people’s horoscopes (Einstein, Swami Vivekananda, etc). And maybe you’re the next.

From observation, what I have seen is.

Please use a Vedic/ Sidereal chart to confirm!

There’s no younger sibling if the Sun is in the 3rd house or Venus is in the 2nd house. If both are seen together in a chart, there’s no younger sibling.

• The Sun burns the LIVING signification of that house, which means there’s no younger sibling, but the person will enjoy travel.
• In indian mythology, the right eye of Venus is blind. Therefore, we will not see the living signification of the second house from the house where Venus is placed in a chart. It can indicate physical distance. For example, if Venus is in the 8th house, the person lives far away from her father (does not see her father often). The father is there, of course, because one needs a father to be born. Venus in the 10th house, there’s no elder sibling. Venus in the 2nd house, I haven’t seen the younger sibling yet.
• And Jupiter's aspect on the 3rd house can change the game. Always check where Jupiter is before predicting!

Other malefic planets such as Mars, Saturn, Rahu, or Ketu in the 3rd house DO indicate the presence of younger siblings.

To see if a person has weak Mercury in their horoscope or not, you look at their behavior. Here are a few points that you can use as a reference

• Mercury is like a kid. If you pay attention, you see that the kids lose their teeth easily. That’s the first sign of weak Mercury in the horoscope. The teeth are not strong. For example, your teeth are sensitive to cold (numbness or pain) with eating ice cream or an ice cube. You can check your chart ;)
• Usually, kids ask a lot of questions. A person with weak Mercury in the chart does not question when they don’t know how to do a certain thing. They just sit, trying to solve the problem on their own until somebody comes and shows them the way. Weak Mercury does not reach out for an answer. Curiosity is lessened.
• What will a kid behave if we take their toys away? They probably scream or cry. Similarly, weak Mercury gets anxious, mad, or nervous easily. They don’t know at that moment what to do. (and do not ask questions)
• Like a child asking for chocolate while parents are talking about something. Weak Mercury will cut the flow of a conversation of others, jump in between, and speak. (It’s not their fault. It’s just how they are born. Now you know the reason.)

If Mercury is alone in any house, even if it’s strong and exalted. The person still struggles to find a direction in life. The kid does not have a sense of direction in life; therefore, Mercury will follow any planets that are in the same house. Most of the time, it’s good to have Mercury conjunct with another planet in the chart, except with Mars. All of the other 8 planets are fine.

Side note: Saturn is an old man. Mercury is a kid. If these 2 are associated in all 3 charts, D1, D7, and D9, the native does not have children. Not even with Jupiter’s aspect. Make sure the birth time is 100% correct before seeing the childbirth in a chart!

Atmakaraka: the planet indicates the soul’s desire.

It is the planet with the highest degree in the chart, except Rahu (30 - the degree of Rahu in the chart = Rahu’s degree), because Rahu is moving backwards.

• Ketu doesn’t count as Atmakaraka because it has no desire and heads towards Moksha.

Yogakaraka of an ascendant is like Lord Hanuman to Sri Rama. If the Dasa of the Yogakaraka planet is running, one can expect wonderful results, such as finding Maa Sita and bringing her back.

• Saturn is the Yogakaraka for Taurus and Libra Lagna/ Ascendant.
• Mars is the Yogakaraka for Cancer and Leo Lagna/ Ascendant.
• Venus is the Yogakaraka for Capricorn and Aquarius Lagna/ Ascendant

The other Ascendants don’t have Yogakaraka.
