The idea of strengthening a planet can be considered as aligning oneself with a certain energy source.

Assuming all of the energy from the 9 planets in a horoscope combined makes 100%. The sun has a portion of 100%, let’s say, for example, 20% in a horoscope. That’s the maximum that one can get. It does not matter what he does; he will never raise it to 20,1%.

• For example, the person is meant to be the president of a country. The Sun attains strength in his horoscope. When he aligns himself with all his heart and soul with 20% capacity of the Sun, he becomes a good president. That’s the maximum. He can’t be more than that. That’s the highest position in politics. Imagine someone like Warren Buffett, if he stops learning every day, will he be able to maintain his wealth? • Be on time. - The clock was invented to measure the movement of the Sun. Without light, there’s no time. Try to be on time at work, with deadlines, and appointments! Respecting other people’s time is doing good for our Sun in the horoscope.
• Keep promises - It’s best not to promise anything but deliver the result. Nowadays, it’s a bit difficult. At least, try to do what we say we will do!
• Put others’ benefit before our own. That’s very simple. For example, instead of throwing garbage on the street, put it in a bin. Done!
• Don’t interfere with others’ lives. Focus on our own! - If a president of a country cares too much about his neighbor’s country, clearly his own country will go down.
• Don’t mess with authority! - For example, paying taxes.
• Add a bit of spicy flavor to the food if you can’t handle chili. If you can, don’t add too much! It will damage Mercury!
• Better is to learn to eat bitter food.

Saturn and other planets do not cause anything. Let’s look into it together!

What Saturn shows is that the foundation of that area needs to be strengthened before one can build something on top of it. In other words, focus on those areas and work! That’s how we cope with the challenges.

Pitru Dosha can be understood as the “Ancestor’s Fault,” and their grandchildren have to suffer the effects. That will surely affect the grandchildren’s life and their children. I list a few “symptoms” below so that we can see that maybe half of the world population has this Dosha in their horoscopes.

• Sun, Moon, or 9th Lord conjunct malefic Rahu, and/or Saturn in D1 and/or D9
• Rahu in the 9th House
• Sun and Moon in Bhadaksthana
• Yogakaraka Mars in Bhadaksthana
• 5th Lord conjunct malefic and in the 6th, 8th, or 12th House
• Sun, or Moon with Rahu in the 7th house
• Saturn and/or Venus with Rahu in the 5th house
• Ketu in the 4th House
• Sun, or Moon with Mars in the 10th, 11th House
• …
• The list goes on and on, and any house can be hit.

Some effects of the Pitru/Pitra Dosha:

• Unstable career, finance
• Delay in marriage
• Disturbed marital life
• Difficulties regarding childbirth, raising children
• Suffering from disputes and conflicts one after another
• Seeing snakes in dreams quite often
• etc.

The effects are there. It’s undeniable. I am not saying this is not worth looking at. But logically thinking, can you name one person on earth, from the richest to the poorest, who does not struggle in their career? Who does not have issues in their life? And those effects do not show up in rich people’s lives?

Of course, the effects are heavy, especially when the 5th and 9th are afflicted. The result varies depending on how severe the affliction is.

I acknowledge the results of the Dosha and the hard work of our ancestors and gurus who made this research. It’s fascinating to see the link between generations. It’s usable and understandable. If we see the link, we can also break the link so that our grandchildren don’t have to suffer the results of our deeds.

We learn to know ourselves and to behave now, instead of relying on useless remedies. Sometimes I do wish that those remedies worked, that people could do anything without thinking about the effects of their actions. Unfortunately, it’s not the case.

If you have this Dosa in the chart, what you can do is:

• Ask your family, your grandparents, if they did a certain thing (please Google this thing!). It’s not to blame them, but to see the effect with your own eyes, hear it with your own ears, instead of taking the information from somebody or the internet, and worrying.
• Only then, you might want to take action to stop the effect from carrying over to your grandchildren. The children are fine. I pick us as the “1st generation”. Often seen is that the 3rd generation will take the effect, not the 2nd generation. The 2nd has the effect of one before the 1st. If there’s no sign of this Dosha in our children’s chart but only in our chart, it means our grandparents have taken action to stop it. Go and hug them!
• There’s nothing to be scared of the Dosha. Sri Ravi Shankar has a talk on this Dosha on YouTube. You might want to watch it, follow his instructions, and save a lot of money.
• Just a question to think, don’t take it seriously: If this Dosha appears in your chart, don’t you think that you might be the reincarnation of your great-grandparent back to the same family to pay the debt of your own action? There’s no need to blame anyone else, right?
• Just learn, understand, take responsibility to correct things, and move on! Life goes on.

During Sade Sati of Saturn, there’s not much that we can do except wait. It’s like waiting for a delayed train.

• Nobody needs to build patience. If you need to take that train, then there’s no other option. Patience will be automatically there. Has any of us ever been in a similar situation?
• The moment you step on that train, all of the ideas about patience are gone. It’s a lack of self-awareness. That’s why Saturn comes back every 30 years to remind us that.

Why Gemstone? Anyone can take out their phones and keep rolling. Who cares about Sade Sati while watching cat videos? That’s not the best way. What I mean to share is, don’t spend money on something that you don’t understand how it works! You can get a smartphone and get distracted, but you can’t buy peace of mind.

2/ What should one do during the Sade Sati?

Counting from where the Moon is standing to the 10th House, and work on that area while waiting for the train. When Saturn is about to hit the Moon, it wants you to do just that.

Watching cat videos won’t help, but put in the work there, the 10th house from the Moon. So that, when you step on the train, you can say to yourself. Yes, it was the time that was worth waiting for. Thank you, Sade Sati!

The Venus and Jupiter conjunction is not always bad for marriage.

1/ The result will mostly depend on the condition of Mercury in the chart. In the scripture, if you read the stories about Jupiter and Venus, you will find that the 2 stories are connected to Mercury.
